Pete, the founder and owner of DesireeHome Improvements, grew up in Beavercreek, and has lived in the Dayton area for over 30 years. A proud veteran, Pete honorably served in the United States Air Force and earned both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Business Management from the University of Oklahoma.

Pete began his career by buying, renovating, and managing rental properties, which helped him build strong relationships with local contractors. Over time, due to the high volume of work, he negotiated the best rates and built dedicated crews for each specialty. Neighbors, family and friends soon began asking Pete to help with their property repairs, inspiring him to establish DesireeHome Improvements.
